        CDMA Design and Implementation

           Worked as a member of RF Design group for Sprint PCS
        Worked on system design in Boston, MA -metro area in cooperation with site development, site acquisition and A&E groups.
        Conducted coverage analysis and candidate evaluation, performed model tuning
        Prepared drive test routes for the drive test team
        Prepared required  RF documentation for plannig&zoning board hearings (Power densitiy calculations for Department of Public Health, etc.)
        Attended plannig&zoning board hearings to demonstrate the need for Sprint PCS coverage in the related area
        Used  dBPlanner & Planet propagation tool

          
        CDMA Single Cell Functional Test

           Conducted single cell functional test in Dallas area to verify the normal propagation of the site before it is allowed to conduct commercial              traffic
           Verified the proper PN is radiated from the proper sector
           Originated and terminated calls in each sector to verify call process
           Verified intra-BTS softer handoff by circling the site in both directions
           Checked the first tier of sites and inter-BTS soft handoff
           Tested any site that is located on a CBSC border for inter-CBSC handoff as well as soft and softer BTS handoff
